In his watercolours, Wonkun Jun often works wet on wet, so that the forms blur at the edges. What all the watercolours have in common is the free handling of the basic geometric structures: in his grid pictures, Jun dispenses with uniform spacing and line thicknesses, so that the eye can always discover new structures.
Just as in his previous paintings, Wonkun Jun leaves the lower part of the picture free, while the structures are increasingly superimposed in the upper area.
